By downloading, accessing, or using StampCam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Subject to these Terms, StampCam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to use, upload, store, and share that content.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Payments are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Prohibited Use

• Using the app in violation of law or regulation.
• Attempting to interfere with the app’s functionality, infrastructure, or security.
• Using the app to process or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of StampCam at any time without liability, to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer

StampCam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StampCam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
