StampCam helps users capture, stylize, archive, and share stamp-based images. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed by the app, how that data is used, and the choices available to users.

• Camera content you choose to capture inside the app.
• Photos you choose to save, export, or upload through the app.
• Approximate or precise location only when you grant permission and the app requests it.
• Subscription and purchase status provided by Apple and RevenueCat for entitlement management.
• Basic device and diagnostic information that may be made available by Apple or third-party services.

How We Use Information

• To generate stamp images and related exports.
• To save and synchronize images you explicitly choose to upload.
• To attach optional location metadata to saved records when permission is granted.
• To verify purchases, restore subscriptions, and unlock premium features.
• To maintain app reliability, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

Permissions

StampCam may request the following permissions:

• Camera to capture original images.
• Photo Library to save or export generated content.
• Location to attach optional location context to saved stamp records.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

StampCam may use third-party services to operate core features, including:

• Apple for payments and platform services.
• RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.
• Cloud storage providers for user-uploaded image assets.

Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content stored locally on your device remains subject to your own deletion choices.

Your Choices

• You may decline optional permissions.
• You may delete locally stored content from your device.
• You may manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Children’s Privacy

StampCam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
